Entry Fees
Teams from Institutional Member schools – $1,550
Teams from Non-Institutional Member schools – $1,950
Please note – teams signing up for the lottery should have funds in place to travel and have a commitment from the team to travel.
- The open lottery registration will once again be a lottery draw, held on October 6 at 10amPST/1pmEST.
- A team rep will need to sign up the team between 6:00am (Pacific) on Monday, September 25 and 5:00pm (Pacific) on Thursday, September 28 on IMLeages.com.
A draw from the hat will take place on Friday October 6, four teams in each region will be selected (the rest of the teams from the region will be drawn and out on a waitlist in order). Teams selected will have until 5:00pm (Pacific) on Friday, October 13 to register the team which includes payment of entry fee. If a region does not have four teams registered for the lottery by the deadline, the vacant slots will be given to wait listed teams in other regions (the rotation of regions given extra slots will be based on number of active teams in the region).
Teams choosing to participate in the lottery that are selected and do not complete the registration process within 4 days, will not be allowed to participate in the 2024 Lottery. Please only participate in the lottery if your team is committed to attending the 2023 NIRSA National Soccer Championships and has financial means to do so.
Final rosters are due for Open Division teams on Monday, October 23. Each player will need to register online and submit required form, team captains will be sent specific instructions once team are accepted into the tournament. Enrollment verification forms will be sent via email to team reps by October 27. This form will need all participants’ signatures and be signed by Sport Club Director and the University Registrar. Universities are limited to one team per division.Championship Division Registration Information
The Championship Division will be 24 men’s and 24 women’s teams. Teams MUST qualify for the Championship Division by qualifying through their regional (see qualifying standards). The at-large bids for the Championship Division will be awards by Tuesday, October 31. Please notify your Regional Coordinator by Sunday, October 29 if interested in an at-large bid. Universities are limited to one team per division.
Please note: Men’s Championship Division teams will play first three rounds on turf fields. Quarters and beyond will be on grass fields (weather permitting).
Hotel & Lodging
All teams are encouraged to stay in Round Rock.
Important Documents
Once your team has registered on IMLeagues, make sure to add each player to the roster.
Players, through IMLeagues will have two required forms to complete: Roster/Waiver Form and a Code of Conduct. These forms are due October 27 (Open Division) & November 3 (Champ Division).
(note: ALL players must have medical health insurance coverage for the duration of our events)

Important Dates

November 9: Tournament schedule available
November 10: Electronic copy of Player Certification due (both Open and Champ Division)
November 15: 2:00pm – 7:00pm practice
November 16: 8:00am play begins.
November 17: Pool Play and Single Elimination rounds
November 18: Semi-finals and finals for all divisions
- 1:00pm: Men’s & Women’s Open Final
- 3:00pm: Men’s Championship Final
- 5:00pm: Women’s Championship Final
*Please Note – the tournament format, number of games, and game length may change due to a team not showing up or circumstances beyond our control (weather). There are NO back-up fields. Under extreme weather conditions, the tournament could be cancelled.
Important Tournament Information
National Tournament Captain’s Meeting
- In lieu of a Captain’s Meeting the Directors of Competition’s will be on site from 4-7pm during check-in times for any questions, comments or concerns.
National Tournament Check-in
- Wednesday, November 15, 4:00pm-7:00pm.
- Teams unable to check-in by 7pm MUST contact Nicole at Nicole.Jackson@nirsa.org for alternate check-in time. Teams that fail to schedule alternate check-in will be fined $100.

- Spectator Admissions
Inform family and friends coming to Round Rock that we will have an admission fee for all spectators ($10 per day or $25 for the weekend). Players will be required to show jersey and coaches will be given passes during team check-in.
