Entry Fees
Teams from Institutional Member schools – $1,560
Teams from Non-Institutional Member schools – $1,965
Please note – teams signing up for the lottery should have funds in place to travel and have a commitment from the team to travel.
The Open Division will be 24 men’s and 24 women’s teams. Teams will be decided through a Lottery System. Four teams from each region will be selected (the rest of the teams from the region will be drawn and out on a waitlist in order). Institutions are limited to one team per division.
Teams choosing to participate in the lottery that are selected and do not complete the registration process within 4 days, will not be allowed to participate in the 2025 Lottery. Please only participate in the lottery if your team is committed to attending the 2024 NIRSA National Soccer Championships and has financial means to do so.

Championship Division Registration Information
The Championship Division will be 24 men’s and 24 women’s teams. Teams MUST qualify for the Championship Division by qualifying through their regional (see qualifying standards). The at-large bids for the Championship Division will be awards by Tuesday, November 5. Please notify your Regional Coordinator by Sunday, November 3 if interested in an at-large bid. Universities are limited to one team per division.
Please note: Women’s Championship Division teams will play first three rounds on turf fields. Quarters and beyond will be on grass fields (weather permitting).

All teams are encouraged to stay in Round Rock.

Important Documents
Once your team has registered on Event Connect, make sure to add each player to the roster.
Players, through Event Connect will have two required forms to complete: Roster/Waiver Form and a Code of Conduct. These forms are due November 1 (Open Division) & November 8 (Champ Division).
(note: ALL players must have medical health insurance coverage for the duration of our events)

November 5: Invitations for at-large bids for the Championship Division
November 1 (Open Div) & November 8 (Champ Div): Accepted teams receive player certification form- has to be signed by participants, the sport club director and school’s registrar after verification of enrollment.

November 14: Tournament schedule available
November 18: Electronic copy of Player Certification due (both Open and Champ Division)
November 20: 2:00pm – 7:00pm practice
November 21: 8:00am play begins.
November 22: Pool Play and Single Elimination rounds
November 23: Semi-finals and finals for all divisions
- 1:00pm: Men’s & Women’s Open Final
- 3:00pm: Women’s Championship Final
- 5:00pm: Men’s Championship Final
*Please Note – the tournament format, number of games, and game length may change due to a team not showing up or circumstances beyond our control (weather). There are NO back-up fields. Under extreme weather conditions, the tournament could be cancelled.
Important Tournament Information
National Tournament Captain’s Meeting
- In lieu of a Captain’s Meeting the Directors of Competition’s will be on site from 4-7pm during check-in times for any questions, comments or concerns.
National Tournament Check-in
- Wednesday, November 20, 4:00pm-7:00pm.
- Teams unable to check-in by 7pm MUST contact Nicole at [email protected] for alternate check-in time. Teams that fail to schedule alternate check-in will be fined $130.

Spectator Admissions
Inform family and friends coming to Round Rock that we will have an admission fee for all spectators ($10 per day or $25 for the weekend). Players will be required to show jersey and coaches will be given passes during team check-in.Round Rock Road Closure to be aware of
Please note that various portions of Old Settler’s Park and Harrell Parkway will be under construction and inaccessible for vehicular traffic beginning in the fall of 2024 and running through early 2027.
While the exact portions of the park and roadway that are under construction will vary throughout this overall schedule, please note that the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex will remain open and fully accessible via North Kenney Fort Blvd at all times. Access to North Kenney Fort Blvd will also remain fully accessible via Old Settler’s Blvd to the north and Highway 79 to the south.
For our events and reservations that utilize the Old Settler’s Park soccer fields in addition to the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex: Please access Old Settler’s Park soccer fields by turning onto Harrell Parkway off Highway 79.
