The last hour of games saw the women’s finalists decided in convincing fashion with the semifinals coming to a close.

In the UANL/Texas State game, it was all UANL as they defeated their opponent 40-7.  UANL was in command all game, with Andrea Delgadillo having a monster game with three TD receptions and three interceptions, one of which was a touchdown.  Her nose for the ball led the team to an early lead.  Aylin Prieto also contributed to the win with a TD pass and two TD runs.  Texas State’s Briana Allen was the lone score with a TD run, with Sandra Richmond pitching in with an interception.

The battle of Florida was on tap for the other semifinal, with Florida and UCF matching up on the other side of the bracket.  Florida thrower Olivia Salzman found three different receivers for touchdowns during the game, and Brittney Jabot had an interception to help keep UCF scoreless.  In the end, Florida chomped their way to victory, 19-0.
