Women’s Championship
Quarterfinals

Clemson and Colorado played an enthralling match. It went to kicks from the mark after extra time as a 2-2 draw. Clemson connected on every kick and made the last save to win 4-3 in kicks from the mark. Clemson will take on Ohio State in the semifinals.  Ohio State needed a late goal by Celia Soller to advance with a 1-0 win over Wisconsin.

Men’s Championship
Quarterfinals

We will have a new men’s national champion! Florida used goals from Stephen Mack and Mark Canty to defeat BYU 2-1.  Florida will face Ohio State in the semifinals. If the women left it late, the men went past late. Andrew Chiou provided Ohio State the goal they needed in extra time to defeat Oregon 2-1.

Women’s Open
Quarterfinals

We will have a new women’s open division champion! Oregon fell to USC 2-1. Megan Reilly broke the tie in the 2nd half to provide USC the winning margin. USC will face….UCLA! UCLA had a relatively calm 3-0 win over Grand Valley State.

San Diego State returns to the semifinals with their 2-1 victory over Boston College. Summer Slough provided San Diego State the goal to seal the win. San Diego State will face James Madison in the semifinals. James Madison scored 2 first half goals and held on for the 2-1 victory over Cincinnati.
