Finally, we’ll see who is here in the men’s championship division!
Pool A has 2016 Quarterfinalist Texas A&M, participant Colorado “Gold” and Virginia Tech.
Pool B contains 2016 National Champion Virginia. Can they repeat? To do so, they must first get past 2016 Round of 16 participant Minnesota “A” and UC-San Diego.
Pool C features two 2016 Quarterfinalists Wisconsin and Stanford. Will they advance? Or will Kansas say something and move on to the next round?
Pool D will have 2016 Championship Participant UConn “Blue”, 2016 Open Quarterfinalist Cal Poly and undefeated NC State.
Pool E may be the toughest group. It will feature 2016 Finalist Ohio State and two 2016 Round of 16 participants Colorado School of Mines “A” and North Carolina (2015 national champions). NOTE: Ohio State was the 2014 national champion.
Pool F has 2016 Championship Round of 16 Participant Michigan, 2016 participant Florida and Open participant Boston College.
Pool G contains 2016 Open participant Illinois “Orange” along with UC-Santa Barbara and Southern Illinois-Edwardsville.
Finally, Pool H features 2016 Round of 16 participant Michigan State along with BYU and Penn.
National Champion Virginia is back to defend their title. The 2015 and 2014 national champions are also back to see if they can reclaim past glory (North Carolina and Ohio State).
