Second, we’ll see who is here in the men’s open division.

Pool A has 2015 Open Champion Oregon. In order for them to defend their crown, they will have to face 2015 Consolation Quarterfinalist Iowa State and two 2015 Open participants, James Madison and St. Edward’s.

Pool B contains 2015 Championship Finalist Penn State and 2015 Championship Semifinalist Illinois.  Will their past experience propel them to bracket play?  The University of Miami (FL) and Houston Community College look to stand in their path to do so.

Pool C features 2015 Open Semifinalist Purdue, 2015 Championship Round of 16 participant Cal Poly, LSU and Towson.

Pool D will have 2015 Open Quarterfinalist Cal State Fullerton, 2015 Open participant Boston College and 2 new open participants Miami University (OH) and East Carolina.

Pool E will feature 2015 Open Semifinalist Utah Valley who had their run ended by champion Oregon last year.  Can 2015 Consolation Quarterfinalist Texas, University of Colorado-Colorado Springs and SUNY Cortland prevent Utah Valley from advancing further this year?

Finally, Pool F has 2015 Championship Round of 16 participant UCLA, 2015 Open Quarterfinalist Georgia College, returning Open participant Arkansas and George Mason.

Oregon is back to win again.  Will the field catch up to them this year?

Thursday it begins.
